Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 60, § 37B: Certification of amounts necessary for taking land under Sec. 37

Section 37B. The collector of taxes shall certify in writing to the board of assessors the amounts necessary for the taking of land under the provisions of section thirty-seven. The board of assessors shall include the amounts so certified in computing the amount to be raised under the provisions of section twenty-three of chapter fifty-nine.
