Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 60A, § 4: Laws respecting registration of motor vehicles; effect of this chapter

Section 4. The provisions of this chapter, other than those contained in section two A thereof, shall not be construed to alter or amend the provisions of law with respect to the registration of motor vehicles or trailers.
