Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 67, § 2: Existing societies; limitation or modification of rights, privileges, etc.

Section 2. Religious societies, incorporated or unincorporated, shall continue to have and enjoy their existing rights, privileges and immunities, except as limited or modified by this chapter.
