Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 67, § 26: Record of organization proceedings; filing

Section 26. The clerk of such corporation, within ten days after the meeting at which it was organized, shall file with the state secretary a true copy of the record of the proceedings of its organization; otherwise the organization shall be void.
