Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 6C, § 16: Annual finance plan

Section 16. Each fiscal year the department shall submit an annual finance plan to the secretary of administration and finance, and updates to such plan, in accordance with instructions issued by said secretary. The plan shall be made available on the department's website.
