Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 6C, § 35: Annual report of department's activities

Section 35. The secretary shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of the department's activities within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year to the clerk of the house of representatives, the clerk of the senate, the chairs of the joint committee on transportation and the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means. The secretary shall make the report available on the department's website.
