Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 70, § 3A: Data necessary to generate required minimum local contribution and state aid components; house and senate committees on ways and means

Section 3A. The secretary of administration and finance in cooperation with the commissioner of revenue and the commissioner of education shall make available to the house and senate committees on ways and means, in an electronically compatible format the criteria, components, equations, and underlying data necessary to generate the required minimum local contribution and each component of state aid authorized for distribution to municipalities and school districts pursuant to this chapter.
