Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 7B, § 9: Effect on powers and duties of capital asset management and maintenance division

Section 9. The provisions of this chapter are not intended and shall not be construed to limit, override or otherwise modify the procedures, powers and duties of the division of capital asset management and maintenance unless specifically so authorized by the asset management board pursuant to the standards and procedures established by this chapter.
