Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 9, § 29: State ballot law commission; records conservation board

Section 29. The state ballot law commission and the records conservation board shall be within the department of the state secretary; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed as diminishing the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon the foregoing agencies by any provision of law.
