Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 90, § 43: Public inspection of copies of orders, rules and regulations

Section 43. The commission shall keep on file for public inspection at the office of the state secretary, and also at its principal office, a copy of all its orders and general and special rules and regulations, as amended from time to time.
