Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 90, § 49K: Commission; availability of information and material

Section 49K. The commission shall, upon written request, make available to persons whose legal rights may be affected thereby, information and material developed in the course of its administration of sections forty-nine B to forty-nine R, inclusive.
