Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 90, § 49M: Return of suspended registration certificate

Section 49M. Any person whose registration is suspended shall immediately return his registration certificate to the commission. If any person fails or refuses to return such certificate to the commission it shall petition the superior court for the county of Suffolk, sitting in equity, which court may, after hearing, order such person to return such certificate to the commission.
