Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 90D, § 37: Perfection of security interest created prior to effective date of this chapter; law applicable

Section 37. The perfection of a security interest, created prior to the date this chapter takes effect, shall be governed by the provisions of chapter one hundred and six, until a certificate of title is issued naming the secured party as lienholder therein.
