Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 90I, § 2: Establishment of complete streets program

Section 2. There shall be within the department a complete streets program to provide grants to municipalities to encourage them to regularly and routinely include complete streets design elements and infrastructure during the construction on new or existing locally-funded roads.
