Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 92, § 53: Band concerts

Section 53. The commission may provide band concerts in such parks, parkways or other places under its control for boulevard or reservation purposes, and at such times, as it may select. Said commission shall include in its annual estimate of the expense of maintenance of the urban parks system for each year such sum as it may recommend should be appropriated for the purposes of this section.
