Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 164: Examination of vinegar; methods; publication

Section 164. The methods for the examination of vinegar shall be those adopted by the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists. When no such methods are applicable, such additional methods as are approved by the department of public health and published in its bulletin shall be employed.
