Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 303E: Penalties for violation of Secs. 303A to 303D

Section 303E. Except as otherwise provided in section three hundred and three C, violation of any provision of sections three hundred and three A to three hundred and three D, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
