Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 65U: Rules and regulations for the manufacture, sale and labeling of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes

Section 65U. The department shall adopt regulations establishing standards of identity and labeling requirements for frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes, and shall adopt regulations for the manufacture and sale of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes. The regulations adopted by the department establishing the standards of identity and labeling requirements shall not conflict with definitions and standards established by federal regulations and affecting frozen desserts.
