Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94, § 68: Access to cold storage or refrigerating warehouses by department, etc.

Section 68. The department of public health and local boards of health, their agents, inspectors or employees shall be permitted access to each establishment mentioned in the preceding section, and to all parts thereof at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection and enforcement of any provision of law relative to food products.
