Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 94A, § 9: Annual license fee

Section 9. Each milk dealer required to be licensed under this chapter shall pay an annual license fee, as determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven, which shall accompany his application for license; provided, however, that each store, as defined in section one of this chapter, shall be issued a license which shall expire thirty-six months from the effective date of said license.
