Md. Code, Agriculture § 8–1101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Food processing residuals” has the meaning stated in § 8–8A–01 of this title.

(c) “Hauling” means transporting, moving, and the land application of food processing residuals.
