Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 2–175

(a) To receive a direct delivery of beer or liquor, a consumer in the State shall be at least 21 years old.

(b) A person who receives a delivery of alcoholic beverages under this part shall use the alcoholic beverages for personal consumption only and may not resell the delivery in whole or in part.
