Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 20–804

(a) There is a Class C beer and wine license.

(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption.

(c) The annual license fee is $70.
