Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 26–803

(a) There is a Class C beer and light wine license.

(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and guests of members, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on–premises consumption.

(c) The annual license fee is $245.
