Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 28–604

(a) There is a Class D beer license.

(b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the license holder to sell beer at retail at the place described in the license for on– and off–premises consumption.

(2) A license may not be issued for a drugstore.

(c) The annual license fees are:

(1) $200 for a 6–day license; and

(2) $250 for a 7–day license.
