Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 3–302

The Executive Director may not allow the transfer of a license until the transferor has:

(1) complied with the Bulk Transfers Act under Title 6 of the Commercial Law Article; and

(2) provided to the Executive Director an affidavit that certifies compliance with the Bulk Transfers Act.
