Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 3–501

A license holder may store or keep alcoholic beverages only:

(1) on the premises covered by the license; or

(2) at a public warehouse, a government–controlled warehouse, or an individual warehouse for which a permit has been issued under this article.
