Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 30–204

(a) (1) The chair of the Board shall receive a salary of $750 annually.

(2) Each other member of the Board shall receive a salary of $500 annually.

(b) The Board may:

(1) employ:

(i) a secretary;

(ii) inspectors; and

(iii) clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and

(2) set the compensation of the employees.
