Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 30–403

(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county.

(b) The Executive Director shall specify which local license is the equivalent of the Class B beer, wine, and liquor license specified in § 2–208(b) of this article.
