Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 32–403

(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county.

(b) Before the Executive Director may issue a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county, the Executive Director shall forward a copy of the application to the Board.

(c) The Board shall:

(1) review the application;

(2) hold a public hearing on the application; and

(3) recommend to the Executive Director whether or not to issue the license.
