Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 33–301

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Department” means the Department of Liquor Control for the county.

(c) “Dispensary” means a store established and maintained by the Department for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
