Md. Code, Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis § 36–802

On or before January 1 each year, the Administration shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on:

(1) the amount of cannabis cultivated, processed, and dispensed by standard and micro licenses; and

(2) whether the supply of cannabis is adequate to meet the demand for cannabis and cannabis products.
