Md. Code, Business Regulation § 11–529

(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Advisory Committee” means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund Advisory Committee.

(c) “Fund” means the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.

(d) “Fund Race” means a race funded by the Maryland-Bred Race Fund.
