Md. Code, Business Regulation § 11–623

(a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Advisory Committee” means the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund Advisory Committee.

(c) “Fund” means the Maryland Standardbred Race Fund.

(d) “Fund Race” means a race funded by the Maryland Standardbred Fund.
