Md. Code, Business Regulation § 17–801

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Garage” means a building or part of a building where motor vehicles are stored or parked for a fee.

(c) “Garage license” means a license issued by the clerk to keep a garage.
