Md. Code, Corporations and Associations § 5–639

A member–regulated cooperative shall:

(1) Implement a net metering program that is consistent with § 7–306 of the Public Utilities Article; and

(2) Use the process established under § 5–640 of this subtitle to resolve complaints related to net metering.
