Md. Code, Correctional Services § 11–312

(a) A center shall have a community advisory board.

(b) The county operating the center shall determine the advisory function, composition, and appointment of members of the community advisory board.

(c) The director of the center shall consult with and generally inform the community advisory board periodically concerning incarcerated individuals in the center.
