Md. Code, Correctional Services § 3–806

Sections 3–801 through 3–805 of this subtitle do not affect:

(1) an incarcerated individual’s eligibility for parole, as provided in Title 7 of this article; or

(2) diminution of an incarcerated individual’s term of confinement, as provided in Subtitle 7 of this title.
