Md. Code, Criminal Procedure § 11–1101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Director” means the Director of the Victim Services Unit.

(c) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention and Policy.

(d) “Unit” means the Victim Services Unit.
