Md. Code, Criminal Procedure § 11–913

(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.

(b) The Board sets the times and places of its meetings.

(c) A member of the Board:

(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
