Md. Code, Economic Development § 10–4D–01

(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Board” means the Human–Relevant Research Review Board established under § 10–4D–04 of this subtitle.

(c) “Corporation” has the meaning stated in § 10–401 of this title.

(d) “Fund” means the Human–Relevant Research Fund.
