Md. Code, Economic Development § 4–501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Arts” includes dance, drama, music drama, architecture, painting, sculpture, graphics, crafts, photography, design, film, television, and creative writing.

(c) “Council” means the Maryland State Arts Council.
