Md. Code, Economic Development § 4–601

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Commission” means the Maryland Commission on Public Art.

(c) “Fund” means the Maryland Public Art Fund.

(d) “Program” means the Maryland Public Art Initiative Program.
