Md. Code, Education § 16–410.1

On or before January 1, 2026, and each 6 months thereafter until a faculty union contract is finalized, the Board of Community College Trustees for Howard County shall submit a report to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on the status of the faculty union contract.
