Md. Code, Education § 16–703

There may be no more than four bargaining units at each community college including:

(1) One unit reserved for full–time faculty;

(2) One unit reserved for part–time faculty; and

(3) Two units reserved for eligible nonexempt employees, as defined in the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
