Md. Code, Education § 18–2209

The Governor annually shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of at least the following amounts for the Commission to award scholarships under this subtitle:

(1) For fiscal year 2022, $4,000,000;

(2) For fiscal year 2023, $8,000,000;

(3) For fiscal year 2024, $12,000,000; and

(4) For fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter, $18,000,000.
