Md. Code, Education § 5–316

As directed by the Interagency Commission, the State Treasurer shall supervise the distribution of any money that the General Assembly appropriates for public school construction for:

(1) Buildings;

(2) Equipment;

(3) New construction; or

(4) Any other capital expenditure.
