Md. Code, Environment § 9–309

(a) The Board shall meet at the times and places that the Governor or the chairman determines.

(b) A member of the Board:

(1) May not receive compensation; but

(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
