Md. Code, Environment § 9–511

Unless they conform to the county plan or revision or amendment of the county plan, the following systems and facilities may not be installed or extended:

(1) A water supply system;

(2) A sewerage system;

(3) A solid waste disposal system; and

(4) A solid waste acceptance facility.
