Md. Code, Health - General § 15–606

(a) To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in the State, an individual must:

(1) Be a resident of the State; and

(2) Be an eligible patient.

(b) To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in another state, an individual must be an eligible patient.
